So I hope you all saw the Facebook giveaway post right below this one!
If not ....take a minute to read a fun and easy way to win at gift certificate to custom crops!
So for this card it is going to have two purpose's. The first which I am showing is a Happy Halloween card
but then I am going to take out the Halloween stuff to make it a Happy Fall card for a few friends who don't celebrate.
So this cute little pumpkin of course had to have some Mickey's ears welding on!! Tell me what you think!
Recipe
Card
Paper is 11 by 4 1/4 inches folded in half its just a purple paper I have
Pattern Paper is from DCWV Halloween stack cut at 5 1/4 x 4 inches
The green paper is cut to 2 x 4 inches
The sentiment Happy Halloween was printed on my computer.
The black Ribbon is from Micheal's.
Pumpkin
Cartridge: PDDU page 52
<frnksn> Accessories 1 button and Shift buttons selected
I used Design Studio's Hide Contour feature to hide the eyes.
I cut two of each pumpkin one in green and the other in Stampin Up Pumpkin Spice
then with the Orange cut I used my scissors and cut off the vines on the bottom and the stem
I then ran the Orange pumpkin through my cuddlebug using the D'Vine Swirl Folder
then glue the orange pumpkin on top of the green pumpkin...this way the green vines and stem were seen.
I then used light green stickles to accent the stems and vines
Circles for Pumpkin
Cartridge:Plantin Schoolbook page 72
And I welded them to the top of the pumpkin to be Mickey Ears.
Thanks for looking
