Project Sixty-five

Welcome to My Mouse Dreams!

So I have to ask who is in love with the New Cricut Explore!!

I think I might be! I have been doing the dance lately about getting a Cameo
this year, but I have always been a huge Cricut Lover. I think this might be the answer to my ideas!

The other new thing I can not wait to play with is I finally joined Peachy Keens Stamp Club. I have always loved their stamps, but I have never been that confident in my coloring abilities. I am hoping to be taking a Copics class soon.

OK so on to todays project. We are getting ready for Valentine's Day around here. The kids will be attending a home school party so we have lots of cards to make. Our home school group is actually Disney based, so yeah more fun.

So I finally broke down and played with the Cricut Craft Room and I LOVED IT!

So I made this card using the stamp image from Create a Critter.
I unlocked the size button and made the base 5.5 x 4.25 and then copy and welded the same image to be the base of the card. The paper is Melon Mambo from Stampin Up.

I then cut the next layer at 5 x 3.75 and the paper is from Michael's Recollection 6x6 Valentine's Pack.

The little stamps are the same image from the base the stamp unlocked and made to be 1 inch squares. I then took Stampin Up Chocolate Chip ink and brushed the edges of the stamps. The paper is from the same paper pack from Michael's.

The letters and Mickey icon are from Mickey Font and are cut with the sized locked at .5 of an inch.
The paper is Stampin Up Chocolate Chip.

Have a Magical Day
