Project Seventy-eight

Welcome Back!

I feel my crafting love coming back. I swear all it takes are a few great challenges and I have another great challenge to enter this week.

Today's challenge is from Bitten by the Bug 2. We are challenge to do something with gift wrapping.
Well my oldest daughter's birthday happens to be the 30th of this Month. She will be turning 15!
So I made a cute little tote bag for her sisters to put their gift for her in.

SO here is my bag.

OK so yes, that is a hippo peaking through the window!
We go to Animal Kingdom a lot. Lily loves the hippos and they have the cutest baby hippos right now. So yes, that is why there is a hippo on her present.

OK let's break it down

Bag
Cricut Cartridge Tags, Bags, Boxes and More, yes, the first one
page 57
cut at height 5.75 inches.
The option of the window
Once I placed the image on the mat. I rotated it 90 degrees to fit on the mat.
The paper is DCWV from the Summer Dream Stack.
I did use clear Lucite is it, LOL, on the window.

Hippo
Cricut Cartridge Create a Critter
page 44
cut at 2.5 inches
Layer 1 is Black from a Michael's Recollection.
Layer 2 is Stampin Up Elegant Eggplant ( I actually covered it up with the flower)
Layer 3 is DCWV from the same Summer Dream paper stack
Layer 4 is Stampin Up Certainly Celery.
I added a little flower and some flower stickers I have had for years.

Phrase

Cricut Cartridge Create a Critter
page 27
Cut at 1 inch.
Paper is both DCWV same Summer Dream Pack.

YES, I am in love with that stack LOL
Wish me Luck!

Please if you have a chance join in also by visiting their blog!
