Project Seventy-seven

Welcome Back!!

SO today I am trying my hand at another challenge. I have not forgotten I still owe you
three thank you cards that we made for our special friends at Epcot's Flower and Garden Festival.

So today's challenge is a new one for me. I found it from one of the blogs I follow. Wait, let me see if I can find which blog to give them credit. OK now I feel bad, I can not find whose blog sent me here oh well on with the show.

I am entering Curtain Call Challenge.
It was a photo inspired challenge. Here was our inspiration.

Here is what I came up with.

OK let's break down the card.

Base
Pink base is 5.5 x 4.25 Melon Mambo by Stampin Up
Brown piece is 5.25 x 4 Early Espresso by Stampin Up
Pattern Piece is cut from Cricut Cartridge Girl's Make Up Party at 5 x 3.75 inches
Paper is DCWV from the Sweets Stack

Banner
Paper is DCWV from the same Sweet Stack
cut from April Showers Cricut Cartridge at 5 x 1.542 inches
Hearts are from Cricut Cartridge Craft Room Basics cut each at .5 inches
LOVE is cut from Cricut Cartridge Mickey Font at .5 inches

Cupcake
cut from Cricut Cartridge Create a Critter at 3 inches
Shadow paper is Rose Red by Stampin Up
Base pattern paper is DCWV same paper pack Sweet Stack
Frosting is a cream scrap I had laying around.
Cherry is Real red by Stampin Up
I then used my Xyron Sticker makers 1.5 inches and stickered the front of the cherry then used Michael's Glitter Cherry colored.
Sprinkles are just made with different colored Stickles I love.
Face is a Peachy Keen Stamp of the Month from January 2014.
I stamped in using Stampin Up Chocolate Chip. I then used my white gel pen to color in the eyes. I used a pink pencil for the nose. I then added Glossy Accents to the eyes and nose. I then used pop dots to pop up my cupcake. At the very end, I used Chocolate Chip Ink around the edges for depth.

Please feel free to drop by Curtain Call to check out the challenge and join in. You have till the 25th of May 2014.

OK so that was it keep reading for funny goofy stuff.
So I started this project to realize my ATG gun was empty, and no I didn't have a back up.
My tomboy and all other tapes seem to be empty also. Then I remembered my kids were making cards the other day. Did they forget to tell Mom something? I think so. So I basically made this card using my 5 inch Xyron Sticker machine, got to love it. SO glad I remembered I had it lol.

Have a Magical Day!
