OK the card base is Elegant Eggplant from Stampin Up.

I used PK-1376 Chicken Wire Background  and Memento Black Ink to create my own background.

The pattern Pieces and the green piece are from K&C Company Halloween Stack.

The sentiment and character are Peachy Keen's PK-1419 Cranky Franky

I think he is just so super cute.

I added some little buttons on.
