Project One Hundred Nine

I am kind of sad posting this project. I love Halloween and this is my last Halloween card, so sad!
Well I am continuing to work on my coloring skills with my Copic markers.

This project is for All Dressed Up Challenge Blog.
I bought this adorable image from her Etsy shop. I loved him.

All the papers are DCWV.
The image is from All Dressed Up Stamps Store
I added some simple brads and some green stickles.
I had a great time coloring the bat. He reminds me of the Bat from Ferngully, the movie!

Project One Hundred Eight

Welcome Back!! I love Halloween .... so I am getting sad.
My Halloween cards are coming to an end. It will soon be time to
start working on my Christmas cards.

SO today's project is from a challenge over at Jaded Blossom Blog.
They have some really great favor ideas and stamps to get creative.
I am working on party favors for my kids to give to their coop friends
Halloween day. I am using there great stamps for that project too.

OK on to today's card.

I think it is super cute. I loved this one!

OK so I used the ghost image from Cricut Cartridge Paper Dolls Dress Up. Welded them together
     in Cricut Craft Room.
I then layered a smaller version of the same ghost using DCWV Halloween and Fall Stack.
The mini-monsters are from Cricut Cartridge Bump in the Night
The label I can not remember for the life of me, sorry.

Then sentiment is from Jaded Blossom's Stamp Store. It is part of the BFF Bundle.

OK so my yellow gal, I had to flock her. I love flocking.
And of course I glittered her friend.

Thanks for stopping by and

Project One Hundred Seven

Welcome Back.
I am having so much fun learning how to use my Copic Markers.
My biggest fear with them is hair and skin. I was really excited
that the blog hop - challenge was an image with both hair and skin.

All Dressed Up Challenge Blog had a blog hop back on October 7th.
Once the hop was over we were given a free image to use to create a project
for the challenge portion. She was a super cute little girl.

Well just my luck. I finished my project last night. I decided not to work on this last night but do it this morning. I went to their page to get the url
for you to see there great pieces and the challenge ended 11 minutes ago. WAAAAA

Well here is my project anyways ...

So I like how I did her skin. I still need a few more markers then I think I would have loved it.
Not sure how I feel about the hair. I used 4 different colors. I think they were not the right colors plus I think I got really heavy handed with the hair. Well it is a work in progress. I need more colors LOL my hubby is going to love to read that.
The papers pattern and solids are all DCWV. The pattern is from The Girl Power Stack.

Project One Hundred Six

Hello Again!

Well today I went WAY out of my comfort zone. I created a décor piece.
It is one of three special pieces I created for an audition, Hopefully I will have more to
tell you about that later.

So here is my project

I am also entering this in Curtain Calls Burlap Challenge

I took a burlap canvas and started my paper fun from there.

I used my Cricut cartridge, Create a Critter 2, for the turkey.
Cricut Cartridge, Tags, Bags, Boxes and More 2, for the pumpkin.
I used 4 different cartridges for the leaves: Autumn Celebrations, Create a Critter, Mickey and Friends, and Mother's Day Bouquet.
I used Rosettes and Ribbons for the center piece of the bow with the phrase from Create a Critter 2 also. The ribbon I bought at Walmart. I had a great time making this piece.

All the paper is my favorite company of course, DCWV. I used the Fall and Halloween Basics Stack 8.5 x 11 cardstock. I did use one sheet of paper from their Stack 8.

Project One Hundred Four

Hello Again!!

So for today's post I am stepping way out of my comfort box.

So here is the background for todays post.
Years ago I started following this crafters blog. Never meet her, but I would make comments on her posts. She was on Peachy Keen's. This wonderful crafter is Vivienne. I would oogle and drool
over her coloring of the different stamps.
Well Years have gone by, and I love making cards and I would use sentiment stamps all the time. I started buying a few stamps here and there but nothing big. In January I started buying actual stamps. This past June by dear sweet husband bought me 21 Copic Markers. Boy did he not know what he was starting. So I have been learning to color. Some days are great other days my markers drip on my image. Well I still visit Viv's blog.
Well two or three weeks ago she had a post about digital stamps. The company was called All Dressed Up Stamps. I have never worked with digital stamps so I am still learning. Well they have a challenge blog. I love a good challenge, but I started looking at the Design Team then I started looking at the ladies entering the challenges. OH MY GOODNESS!! These ladies know how to color. So I looked around and they offered some free stamps, so I thought I would give it a try. So I have been working on this image for awhile. The first time my husband called my and I jerked my hand, the second attempt my yellow Copic dripped big time. This was my third attempt. I like it, but I will see. I am doing this manly to challenge myself, plus I hope to keep learning.

So here it is

I am entering in All Dressed Up Challenge Blog's anything goes challenge.

OK pattern paper is DCWV's.
The image is All Dressed Up's Freebie
I used Stickles on the corners and Glossy Accents
on the eyes.
I used my Copics To color.
