Project One Hundred Thirteen

Hello!

So today I am showing you a piece I did for a design team try out.
I didn't make it but that's ok. This was one of three pieces I submitted.
The first piece was a project I already posted Project One Hundred Six.

SO here is the layout I made.

The pictures are way over due to be scrapbooked.

All the paper is DCWV.
The stack was the Princess stack.

I hand cut all the frames and strips. The flowers were cut from Cricut Cartridge Flower Shoppe.
I inked the edges with Stampin Up Ink!

Have a Magical Day!

Project One Hundred Twelve

Hello Again!

I love Fall .... Halloween is my favorite ..... but I love teaching my children
to be Thankful. My children were adopted from Foster Care, which gives them such an
appreciation for family. Our family may be small but we love them.

So today is a Thanksgiving Theme color challenge from Peachy Keen Stamps.
This is the photo we were given for inspiration.

This is what I came up with!

OK Base is Stampin Up Early Espresso
The pattern paper is DCWV Thanksgiving/Fall stack
The colored pieces are Cajun Craze the yellow is from DCWV

The turkey is from Cricut Create a Critter Cartridge. All the papers for him are DCWV Thanksgiving/Fall stack.

You still have just over 2 days to join in the fun so come and join in Peachy Keen Challenge 14-14.

Have a Great Day

Project One Hundred Eleven

Hello Again!

Well today I am working on a challenge piece for Curtain Call. It is a challenge blog, that I try to get in on once in a while. We had a color challenge called BoHo Challenge. You still have until November 10th 8am CST to enter so come join in on the fun.

This is the photo we were given for inspiration

This is what I came up with!

I usually never do more than one picture but I wanted to show a side view to show the dimension of it.

OK So here are the basic on this cute card.

Base- 4.25 x 5.5 Stampin Up Melon Mambo

Pattern Paper is from DCWV. I used Cricut Cartridge Craft Room Basics for the rounded rectangle
cut at 4 x 5.25 inches. To get the sizes I had to unlock the size buttons.

All the rest of the paper is DCWV also!

Blue Flourish is Cricut Cartridge Ashlyn's Alphabet
The next two layers purple and green are also from the same cartridge, Ashlyn's Alphabet.

The butterfly is from Cricut Cartridge Live Simply.
Cut at 2.5 inches.

The sentiment if from Jaded Blossom BFF Bundle.
I used Memento Black for the ink.

Thanks for stopping by and
Have a Magical Day!

Project One Hundred Ten

Welcome Back!!

I always love a challenge to get me out of a crafting funk. So I went to a great site
Bitten by the Bug 2 to check out their latest challenge. They are always fun .... well normally.
This latest challenge is a football challenge. I hate football. My husband hates football. The only one who likes football is my dad, and he doesn't just like it he loves it. So I told him I would have a Super Bowl party for him so he could watch the game on our big screen. So I thought I would get ahead of the game for once and create a little treat box for the kids.

The treat box is from Cricut Cartridge Life's A Party. The pattern paper is DCWV.

The footballs are cut at 1.5 inches and are also from Life's a Party Cartridge.

The tag is from Cricut Cartridge Baby Shower cut at 2 inches. It may be a tag big.
The sentiment is from Cartridge Extreme Fonts. I used my Cri-Kit Silver Metallic pen to write the phrase.

I used Stampin Up for the footballs and the tag

Hope you enjoyed
Have a Magical Day
