Project One Hundred Nineteen

Hello Again!!

So I am doing something I have never done before. I am entering this card into 2 great challenges.
I am really working on my coloring skills with my new love, Copic Markers. While learning to love Copic Markers, I discovered Digital Stamps. Hello happiness!!

So there is one crafter who I have been stalking for years now, because I just love her awesome Copic skills. Vivienne over at Crafting Haven, inspired me to go buy Copics. So I bought a few, watched a WHOLE bunch of videos and have been working on my coloring. Well, one day while I was stalking Vivienne blog, she had a post about a great digital stamp company, All Dressed Up. They have a great challenge blog at All Dressed Up Challenge Blog.

So, this is one of her stamps which can be found on her Etsy store, All Dressed Up Etsy Store
I used Abi Ballerina. I plan on buying more of her cute stamps. So the first challenge is the All Dressed Up Challenge

SO a day or so ago, I was once again stalking and Vivienne just became a design team member for In the Pink Challenge Blog. Well I was already doing my cute ballerina pink, so I rethought some of the embellishments and it worked for both, so unlike me!! OK enough chit chat ... on to my card.

All the cuts for this were done with Cricut Cartridge Theresa Collins Sophisticated. I just bought this one and I love it.

Pattern paper is all DCWV and the solid pinks are Stampin Up
The sentiment is from Peachy Keen Stamps
and the ink is Stampin Up.

Wish me Luck!

Have a Magical Day!

Project One Hundred Seventeen

Hello my Friends!!

I am so thinking this turned out so much cuter then the pictures shows.

SO I LOVE my Cricut, always will!!

I found a Cricut Challenge Blog awhile back, Bitten by the Bug 2. They have some great challenges that force me to think outside my box.

SO this weeks challenge was to use Words or Letters. Well I am in Valentines Mode right now so this is what I came up with.

I only used the Cricut Cartridge Valentine's Day. Loved this one, except I didn't think the card kept rolling over while I was tying to take a picture of it. Silly Card!!

Project One Hundred Sixteen

Hello Hello Again!!

I am really excited about this card. I told you yesterday I am loving my Copic markers right. Well I am loving learning about digital stamping. I have found 3 super favorites sites for Digital Stamps. Yesterday was one, well today is another.

This is my first challenge piece for The Sugar Bowl
They are a challenge blog for Sugar Nellie Stamps.
I can not wait to buy more!! My husband .... not so excited. But he is
such a wonderful guy, he just shrugs his shoulders and says ..... OK hunny!

So here it is

OK so let me try to break this down.

Paper: Solids are all Stampin Up: Pacific Point, Whisper White and Marina Mist.
Pattern paper I am sorry was a piece for my hoarding.

The image is from Sugar Nellie. It is the Elf Made Magic.
Like I said I love her digital stamps.

OK so I added some can dots:
blue: Stampin Up
white: from my stash

Finally some light blue stickers in the middle of some of the pattern papers snowflakes.
Plus for her wings I used my Sakura sparkle pen and added lines for a glitter effect. The pictures does
not do her wings ice. They are so darn cute.

Wish me Luck!

Have a Magical Day

Project One Hundred Fifteen

Hello Again!!

I am so excited about today's piece. I have recently, about 4 months now, been learning to use
Copic markers. So everyone knows building a "supply" of these can be expensive. So I have finally gotten a "good" supply. SO I am still a huge newbie with them, but I will keep working on it.

So today's piece is for a challenge for All Dressed Up Stamps Challenge. You can buy her digital stamps on her Etsy store All Dresses Up Stamps Store.
I meant to say All Dresses Up is having a Facebook challenge ... duh to me .....
The Facebook group can be found here at All Dresses Up Facebook Group.
SO here it is

OK so the pattern Paper is from Mind's Eye

The solid colors are all Stampin Up
Elegant Eggplant, Wisteria Wonder and Blushing Bride.

The Cricut cuts I used are Ann Griffins Seasonal Soiree the heart screen
The sentiment piece is from Ashlyn's Alphabet.
The oval pieces are from Craft Room Basics.

The sentiment is from Jaded Blossom Stamps Simple Sayings Valentine.
I used Stampin Up Real Red ink.

I glittered her wings using Michael's Recollection glitter.
The tiny hearts are actually the cut out pieces from the heart screen.

Thank you so much!
Have a Magical Day.

Project One Hundred Fourteen

Welcome Back! I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season!

So for my first time back I am off to create a challenge piece, for Bitten by the Bug 2.
We were to create something using a snowflake. Well I have to say I miss snowflakes BIG time.
My family and I live in central Florida. The coldest we got so far was one night at 48 degrees.
I miss snow!!

Here is what I came up with!

So I used the following Cricut Cartridges:
1. The rounded corner rectangle is Craft Room Basics
2. I welded a snowflake into the rectangle and the snowflake is from Winter Lace. I hide a few smaller cuts from the center so to help my shaker card view.
3. I added some smaller snowflakes from Tablescapes Fall and Winter

The pattern Paper is an piece of Vellum I have had in my stash for years.
The blue is Stampin Up Marina Mist and the White is Stampin Up Whisper White.
The Sentiment is from Jaded Blossom Stamps, It is actually from the Summer Pack.
I used Stampin Up Marina Mist Ink.
The snowflakes have had some Distressed Stickles to add a snow like texture.
I used Recollections, from Michael's, Blue micro beads for the shaker part.

Have a Magical Day!
