Shamrock Nuggets

Yes, it is my favorite day
Mouse Friends
Thursday Treat Time!

So today I had some fun putting this together.
I went looking for St. Patrick's Day theme
items and I had none on hand.
So this is a huge collaboration of different
craft companies!!

OK so I started with my Treat Tag Die from Jaded Blossom.
But I realized I had no St. Patrick's Day pattern paper.
I searched my SVG's and Digital Kits and I found out
I had digital paper from Little Scraps of Heaven.
Now, I have NEVER used a digital paper and I was afraid because my printer is really just a basic one.
It turned out awesome! So I printed out more of the same digital paper for my nugget wrappers, that I cut out using Candy Wrap Dies from Jaded Blossom. The shamrock is from an SVG from KaDoodle Bug Designs. Before I cut out the top part of the shamrock I applied double sided tape to the card stock. This made the glitter process so easy. I then heat embossed a sentiment from a VERY old stamp set from My Creative Time. Then I added some Trendy Twine to finish my project!

Jaded Blossom Thank You

Happy Wednesday
Mousey Friends!!

Today I am sharing my card for the
The theme for February is
Thank You Cards or Treats!

I chose some darker colors when I was putting this together.
Then took a good look and hated the
base card color I chose.
So I very carefully removed my layers and taped them
to a lighter card base. I was much happier
with this outcome.

So I am in love with coffee so these are
two of my favorite sets from
Jaded Blossom, the Coffee Dies and Coffee Break stamp set.
I heat embossed my sentiment to my
Dark Chocolate layer. I then added Kraft ink
to the edges of my white layer. I then added some Doodlebug Designs pattern paper.
I added some white trendy twine before that.
I added some diamond stickles to my lid.
Who doesn't love stickles! Then some
Doodlebug sprinkle dots.

Little Scraps Facebook Challenge

Happy Monday Mouse Friends!!

I hope you all had a great weekend.
Did you get some crafting done?
I got some and hoping for more,
except I have a not so fun head cold.

So today's card is for
This is for February and the theme was
Use Your Favorite File,
Well on our farm right now
we are all about pigs.
We just bought our first piglet.
She will be our first breeder pig.
So we are excited!

So to start with after I cut out all the pieces of an SVG,
I ink my edges. Now I use Papertrey Ink papers and inks.
I like using a company that has matching ink,
it makes inking the
sides of the paper so much easier.
Once I have inked my edges I start putting together my image. I usually use liquid glue just so I have that extra wiggle room to move pieces around.
Once my pig was together I started
putting my card together.
I usually keep my card simple when I am
featuring an SVG image.
I did use foam adhesive behind my background paper.
I added some twine to the top. I stamped my sentiment on the heart and it is all done.
I love piggies!!

Pot of Gold Treats

It time again for
Thursday Treats
Mouse Friends!

So today is my favorite day of the week,
Treat Time!!

I love making little gifts and favors, so I love my
Thursday Treats!

SO I started with a simple SVG file from SVG Cutting Files.
I cut it out on my Cricut Explore.
Now normally, I would take the matching ink colors and ink my edges, but I was thinking
what if I was starting out...would I have all
the colors at once.
Probably not!
So I wanted to show just how cute the file
would be on its own
with a few simple additions!
So after I cut out the file, I added my sentiment from an VERY old set from My Creative Time
and I used Vrsamark ink and Stampin Up Gold Embossing powder and my heat tool. I added some white Trendy Twine that I colored with my G09 Copic marker. I went back into my Cricut files and found a grass cut out and added it to the bottom of the box. I then added Gold Hershey Kisses in my box to be the gold prize!

Die Cuttin Divas Challenge 408

Good Evening Mouse Friends!

I had to come into town today so I could blog.
Many of you don't know that I live in the country!
So the only internet available is Satellite service.
So, every time it rains or gets cloudy I lose service.
So in to town I go. Plus it is suppose to rain
for the next 3 days UUGGHHH

Ok so on to today's card.
This is for the
Challenge 408
The theme is
Random Act of Kindness

Just to go along with the theme,
I am randomly choosing 1 person to
win some blog candy.
What is the prize you ask....
It is a Happy Birthday To You
pop up die from
My Favorite Things. It is Brand new from me.
I got the die a while back and I got three of them
so what a great time to give one away.
So all you have to do to be entered is
comment on this post! Easy right?

Ok so on to my card

I love all the colors.
So I started with the new February kit from The Stamps of Life
I stamped the wreath and then added the flowers.
I then cut out the image with my Brother Cut and Scan, this is one of those images I wish I bought
the dies for it. I will be going back and getting them. So to get the center cut out I just
used a circle die.
The cloud background I made using Distress Ink Tumbled Glass.
I used Elizabeth Craft Designs to cut my layers using my Big Shot. I love these dies because they
go between dots on layer and stitched marks the next layer.
I lines up my wreath to stamps the sentiment which is from my January kits from The Stamps of Life.
I then added some Yellow stickles to the bow and added some crystals to a few of the flowers.
I love how it turned out!
