Our 24th Wedding Anniversary was last week.

I used a SVG file I got during a blog hop special with

SVG Cutting Files. I cut it out on my Cricut Explorer. 

For some reason the edge 

of his mouth didn't turn out 100% but I 

thought it gave him a smirk

and decided to leave it.

the theme was Summer Fun!

I thought this image was perfect for summer.

As I walk across the farm, I see grasshoppers everywhere

except, my chicken coop....its their favorite snack!

I first stamped the image with Black Memento Ink 

using my Mini Misti.

I then used my Copic markers to color this cutie pie.

I added some stickles to the grasshopper's wings.

I love the different shades of the flower.

Today I am sharing my entry for the June Challenge at

Jaded Blossom

the theme was a masculine card.

These are just not easy for me...

but I think it turned out super cute.

I used the King of the BBQ stamp set. I mentioned a few days ago

I am really working on my coloring skills. 

Taking online classes and 

going through the Copic books. I used my 

Brother CM350 to cut out my image.

SVG Graduation

Happy Tuesday

Mouse Friends!

Today I am sharing a card I created for my

Niece. She is the daughter of my BFF!

She graduated this past Friday morning.

The graduation was about a 2 hour drive. My family woke up

and left our house at 5:30 am, the 

graduation started at 8 am.

GPS had us getting there at 7:25 am. We were 

20 minutes away when 

it happened, a car accident. We were stopped 

on the highway, no where to go

for over an hour. By the time we got there, 

I missed her walking across the stage 

by 10 minutes!! We were able to spend the rest of the morning and afternoon

helping her celebrate!!

the SVG file is from SVG Cutting Files. Her school colors are

burgundy, navy and silver.

I used my Cricut Explorer to cut her out!!

Don't forget when you use SVG's the paper count can be high!!

So today I am started a new thing...

Stamp Anniething Monday

I have been working on my coloring skills,

so I am taking one of my favorite stamp companies 

that forces me to color 

HAIR

yep, hair is my enemy....LOL

So I watched a recent Live on the 

Stamp Anniething Stampers Facebook Group

one of the designers did a tutorial featuring an

Annie stamp. Well I didn't have that exact stamp, but I have

a few other Annie Dolls, so I was able to 

take those tips and tricks and 

apply it to this image.

Friends!!

Today is Thursday Treats Time...

SO one of my favorite candies is Tropical Starburst.

I LOVE the pina colada one!!

So I thought I would make some treat bags

for the summer!!

I cut out the flip flops and sun on my Cricut Explorer.

The tag measures 4.25 x 2.5 inches

I cut out the sands using dies and my big shot. 

I used my Mini Misti to stamp

the sentiment.
