We were given the Emerald City Stamp.
Which, I colored with my Copics.
For time purposes, the background, the balloon,
and Dorthy were printed and cut for us.
I hate fussy cutting so I finished this one at home.
I used Nuvo Crystal Drops in Lemoncello
for a final touch.
